As I thought it was `brought as seen` I was very impressed that they carried out work to clear all the advisories, this included a new windscreen, front brake discs and pads and are in the process of getting me a new second key. I have had my car MOT and serviced with Llanelli motors the last 3 years. My car was due for both, service and MOT. I was extremely apprehensive in booking it in due to Covid 19, and having someone else go in my car. I was reassured from the start by the staff that they sanitise everything they touch.

I was extremely impressed how thoroughly they sanitised whatever they touched and listed what they touched and what they cleaned after. I recieved a tick list of everything. Once again, an excellent service especially during such a tough time. We took delivery of a car from LMC on the weekend. Our son’s first car in fact! From the moment we walked onto the forecourt 2 weekends previous we knew we were going to buy a car. Our first contact with Dale Fry (Sales) was great. Exactly the approach we wanted. Help ourselves , everything was open and he would leave us to it and come and find us. Having been to other Garages this was what I was hoping for. A Salesman that acknowledged us but gave us time to breathe. After a test drive in 2 x cars we settled on one. All the areas were covered. They sorted out a couple of tyres and put window tints on. We arrived to take delivery and the car looked absolutely fantastic. Detailed perfectly. And a notice on the windscreen addressed to our boy and recognising it was his first car – was a very nice touch. Paperwork all in order , car explained and we were heading off home. Very happy customers who will return.

I bought a BMW 535 off you just over a month ago (JL02DCL), and have had 2 occasions to bring the car back for some work to be done.

These things happen – however it is the level of customer care that matters from there on in.

I have to say that Craig (service) has been absolutely great not only dealing with the issues – but so polite and showing true customer care – even an offer of another vehicle – without prompt.

This is 10 out of 10 customer care.

I contacted LMC via eBay initially and spoke with Bradley, who was extremely helpful and prompt in communication.
When I visited the dealership the following day, I spoke with Darren who was also extremely helpful and offered me a test drive.

There was no pressure, just friendly chat and frank negotiations.
Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle that same day and the guys (Bradley and Darren) couldn’t do enough for me.

I even had a follow up courtesy call from Bradley to ensure everything was ok.

I’m not one for writing reviews, but the pre-sales, sales and after sales are second to none, and deserve a 5 star review.

I will certainly return here in the future, which is not something I’ve ever said of any car dealer (main or 2nd hand)

My car sadly passed away last week and I had to get a new one. I had her for 9 years from new and was sad at her passing. Fast forward…… I went to Llanelli Motor Company to see if they had anything that tickled my fancy. I use them as they are the company that had been servicing my late Mondeo since moving to Llanelli. I was helped by Conrad Selby who was nothing less than excellent. We have all heard the horror “car salesmen” stories. Conrad is not one of these. Honest ,open, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I was after a particular car and they did not have one in stock so left. Within an hour of me leaving the showroom he called me saying he had found me a car. I went back and he showed me an AA Report on the car. This only came in after he called me. There was an engine advisory and he said not to buy it. I spotted a beautiful Mercedes but thought it out of my reach. No problem to Conrad. He worked something so that i could afford it. Take a bow Conrad. You are a pleasure to deal with and anyone who is looking for a car that i know I will be sending them to see you. You have put me in the driving seat of a very special car.

We found the car we wanted at the right price! Conrad was very helpful, did all the paperwork with speedy efficiency; including a change of number plates and adding red callipers to match the bits of red trim! Where do I start with Llanelli Motor Co. My car had broken down and according to the AA it wasn’t looking good. I arrived the following morning and was greeted by Conrad and a service rep, very polite and understanding of my situation. Conrad was not pushy in any way and in fact saved me a trip to TCW. After 10 minutes and a few questions a decision that made my day was made, I qualified for finance. So a week after my car failed I drove of the forecourt with a fantastic deal. Not only did Conrad sell the car to me but he also included the MOT and replaced the timing belt which wasn’t worn out but historically do tend to go around 50 to 60k mileage. I cannot recommend enough the customer service I received from this garage well worth a five star review would have been more if I could. Thanks again for making my new year’s disaster into a new year’s gift.

Absolutely amazing service provided by Conrad, extremely helpful but not pushy, treated us like royalty! also Bradley and Wayne were excellent when Conrad was not there. Steve and Ashley from service department were brilliant because we had a minor technical problem on the vehicle the day after we bought it and Steve sent Ashley 58 miles to our house to correct it , which he did in 10 minutes. Although we live quite a way from LMC we would recommend and buy another vehicle from them.

Recently traded my car in for a used Skoda Kodiaq and couldn’t be happier with the service and care we received. Great service in purchasing a car and fantastic after sales care. Bought a car back in april, as a surprise for the wife and were really helpful and even went as far as delivering it to her while i was at work, with her having no knowledge till it arrived. After sale care service has been no trouble and have gone out of their way to help where possible. As with any car it can be luck of the draw if anything goes wrong but with 6 months warranty I was able to go back, tried one thing wasn’t that, went back turned out to be fuel filter. Now 2 months over warranty, unfortunately the clutch went, however Llanelli Motor Company were more than understanding and accommodating and went out of their way to help. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their next car, I know I wouldn’t pass if I saw the next right car there. I feel I have to comment on the level of customer service provided by the staff of Llanelli Motor Company, everyone we’ve met there welcomes us with a friendly smile and they go over the top to be helpful.
This statement also applies to their very high standard of vehicles and servicing.
I am now on my second vehicle from them, (over the past years) needing to change to four wheel drive due to our location and a poorly wife.
Karl, took our 2 wheel drive Honda and with no fuss, transferred my detail and ownership to an equally excellent VW Tiguan; the Service Department went out of their way to test and video the 4×4 working on the vehicle and then to explain in detail how it works. To see it working was priceless.
I can’t thank them enough for the comfort gained in knowing that we have a better than average chance of getting out if we need to.
After my 22 years in the Forces I can appreciate their efficiency and a ‘Can do’ approach; I would certainly have them in my Army.

Bought a 17 Plate Mazda 6 from Wayne at the Llanelli Motor Company about three weeks ago and very happy with it. From the outset Wayne was professional and helpful. I travelled from Swindon so it was a long way to go but I’m very glad I did. I test drove on the first visit and then arranged a time to collect the car the following week post MOT and Servicing. From the minute I set foot into the showroom, I received a 10/10 customer service. They happened to have the three cars I wanted to look around and test drive and Karl didn’t waste anytime to get the cars ready for me. Once I decided on the final car, Karl went through possible finance options and how much I would get for me caf as part ex. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing the car and was advised to go home and go through all the options and to give them a call back when I made a decision. That evening I made the call to tell them I wanted the car. Karl sorted all the finances and transfer of personalised number plate as well as tax etc. After receiving the car, I also got a curtesy call to see how I was getting on as well as a call from the finance company asking if they could help with anything else. As a woman, these visits can seem daunting but would 100% go there alone next time. I felt listened to, and they took all my needs I to consideration. Since purchasing the car, I have been back to check something out on the car and I was amazed by the equally kind mechanics on site who assured me the car was working to its full potential. They noted my concerns and have said that they would take another look at the car under no uncertain terms if I had any further worries.

Bought a car from here just over a year ago. I have to say how remiss I have been not to write a review sooner.
The sales and service staff are exemplary. From the test drive to the purchase of my Mercedes, everything was made straight forward and simple. The drivers seat cover had a seam that had come undone, and it was replaced without any quibbles before collection.
After a few months, the car developed a groaning from the steering when turning corners, and there were a few other minor issues that needed sorting out too. I returned the car to have all the problems rectified. I was given a new courtesy car for 2 weeks while everything was repared.
When I received it back, it was like receiving a brand new car! Everything had been replaced or repaired and the car ran perfectly – and has ever since!
The staff couldn’t have made a bigger effort or been more helpful. It’s the sort of service you would like to think you would get, but never normally comes.
If you want to buy a used car, don’t bother going elsewhere. Use Llanelli Motors!

recently purchased a used Nissan X trail from Llanelli Motor Co, The sales team were friendly, trustworthy and efficient and very experienced at their jobs. My car required wheel refurb all four wheels and were done to a very high standard . from the time i test drove car to the time i received my vehicle was very quick and straight forward and prepared and cleaned to a high standard. the car runs as it should and serviced prior to collection. there was no sales pressure to buy extra warranties and I was given a fair price for part exchange of my old car. I would highly recommend this company to every one i know and will buy my next car from them in the future.

Having seen a car online, I contacted Llanelli Motor Company and was put in touch with Wayne. Throughout the process, he went above and beyond to put me at ease, with no hard sell or pressure, and answering all my questions.

I part exchange my vehicle for a fair price without haggling! As I was traveling 3 and a half hours from Dorset, I didn’t want to be messed around or a waste of my time, which it wasn’t! Wayne stayed true to everything we discussed and agreed upon over the phone.

I drove away with an even better Mercedes CLA than the pictures and I had envisioned… he even made some personalised plates for me free of charge after hearing I had recently purchased a new registration through the DVLA. This was a really nice touch.

I would give 6 stars if I could. My new car still makes me smile every time I look at it, and I am very satisfied with the service I received. My sincere thanks go out to Wayne and Llanelli Motor Company.

I am nothing but impressed with the level of service I recieved from Wayne. I was shopping around for a new car for quite a while and discovered this beautiful Infiniti Q50.

Living up in Newcastle, I was sure the deal would never work out. But Wayne reassured me the whole way, helping me get everything sorted and making sure I was ready for the big day. The car is exactly as described. It is lovely to drive, it feels like the right fit for me already.

The only negative feedback I would give, would have to be the cleaning of the vehicle. The inside was immaculate; however, the outside seemed to still be dirty. The vehicle hadnt been dried properly allowing pools of water to gather and dry on the vehicle leaving large white spots. I will admit, the outside was never going to be perfect as it came over 300 miles. But I believe a little bit of attention to detail on the external cleaning would’ve been great.

What a fantastic experience. We pulled up and were greeted by Karl. We discussed that we’d been messed around for a whole week by another well known dealership. Within minutes, Karl had authorised finance and gave us the keys to test drive. Deal done. No hassle, no fuss. A complete 180 from what we’d been through the week prior. Couldn’t believe it. The whole team there seemed genuine and not robotic like you’d expect car salesmen to be. Such a pleasant exchange, I want another car now just so I can go back to them. 100% would recommend.

Absolutely superb company. I purchased a van the summer of 23 and unfortunately had a few teething problems but this was rectified immediately by there mechanics and all covered under the warranty. Fast forward a year and the same problem unfortunately came back. I spoke with Craig who made me aware that if the parts had failed (this was no fault of Llanelli Motor Company) he would inform the motor factors and replace under the warranty. Took the van back in and what a service they provided, fixed the problem and also made me aware that due to wear and tear there were a few other issues in which they also fixed. Absolutely superb, I cannot sing these guys praises enough. I will certainly never go anywhere else to purchase my future vehicles. Craig who works within the work shop is an absolute credit to the company, again thank you all.

I ended up in the llanelli motor company after searching for basically months for a car all I seen was Bradford Manchester Leeds etc etc.
I dealt with wayne very nice fella no hard sale what so ever not pushy just very friendly took out a car for test drive not a problem hot chocolate (love the hot chocolate) while sitting down to chat going over the car details from service history etc.
Ended up getting the car obviously all serviced cleaned within what I think 4 days quick very happy.
Even took the car back for couple dents tobe done and very happy with it dents gone car cleaned again.
From the start to finish not pushy friendly no pushy sales I’d happily go up and deal with them again. Cheers wayne I love the car it’s a pleasure to drive.

LMC looked after me when I was in need 1 of our vans broke down and they made sure they got it back up and running and in the road as quick as possible. They realise that when a commerical vehicle is off the road it’s not making any money and try their best to get it back on the road.

Great service from everyone at Llanelli motor company. Wayne, Craig, Bradley & Carl etc.
I bought a van and paid a large deposit, the van had a problem with the adBlue system which turned out to be a bit of a pain to fix, I was given a full refund.
I returned a month or two later and bought another van which I am more than happy with.
Would I recommend LMC? Absolutely, they treated me as if I was buying one of their high end Mercedes. I will be returning in a year or so to buy my next van from them.
